The Most Important Stuff
- Picture Day is April 20th
- Photos will be taken at “First Presbyterian Church (1702 Iowa St)”
- Arrive a few minutes early so you can get ready
- There is a $25 deposit per dancer for individual photos
- Deposits are non-refundable
- You DON’T select any packages or prints ahead of time. All purchasing is done after picture day

Individual Photos Explained
- If you want individual photos of your dancer, you will need to sign up using the link above or by scanning the QR code on the postcard or the sign in your lobby.
- Individual photos are optional but I hope everyone participates!
- A $25 deposit is required to have individual photos taken per dancer. The deposit is applied as a credit to your account to purchase photos. The deposit is non-refundable
- PLEASE sign up for individual photos before picture day
Group Photos
- Group photos will all be in one gallery accessible to all.
- If you do not want individual photos but want to purchase a group photo, an email will be sent out by your studio with a link of where to purchase when they are online and ready
- A link to the group photo gallery will also be on this web page after picture day
- If you only want a group photo, you do not need to do anything. Just arrive based on your scheduled time
The Set
We are bringing our shiny white reflective Marley floor which will be backed by a nice solid white backdrop. The results come out so cool! Your dancer will be nice and bright and the colors from their outfit will stand out. Everyone looks amazing under our lights!
Extra Tips and Details
- Dance instructors will be right there helping with poses. I will have a TV that will allow you to see the photos live as they are taken. This helps getting those poses nailed!
- If you want sibling photos, it will be it’s own entry just like you would do for an individual dancer. Be sure to click the blue button and for the name, type your last name followed by “Siblings” (ex. Smith Siblings).This will greatly improve staying on schedule.
- Don’t forget your accessories!!
- Don’t wear makeup that has glitter and shimmer in it. It creates the lights to reflect off you creating hotspots. It ends up looking like you have oily skin
Photo Purchasing
- See the sign in the lobby of your dance studio or check out our web page showing everything we offer. (The pricing page is password protected. See your email that came from the dance studio announcing picture day for it)
- Check out our composites! They will be on display at picture day. They are custom made for you!
- We have a BUNCH of awesome frame options. We mount your prints to them in-house before sending them to you. These are really nice frames!
- Our print lab does great work and the range of items you can have your photos printed on vary from prints to canvas to products like water bottles
Pricing Details
- A 10% discount is automatically applied to all orders over $75 for the first 48 hours of the gallery being opened
- Galleries are open for 6 weeks
- After the gallery closes, your deposit is no longer credited to you. It is considered a sitting fee
- ALL PHOTO PURCHASING is done AFTER picture day. You DO NOT select any packages or prints ahead of time. Your deposit will be applied to your balance if you place your order within the first 60 days of the gallery being opened
After Photo Day
- Once the photo day is done, I begin processing all of the photos. I lightly retouch them making sure composition, color balance and exposure is optimized
- You will be sent an email notifying you that your gallery is live approximately two weeks after picture day is over. Yours may be live sooner but please allow me two weeks to process through all of the photos and make sure they are in the correct galleries
- Galleries for each dancer is private and secure. Only you will have access to them

We have created something for everyone with our offerings. You can purchase your photos as a digital download, prints by our high quality partner lab, products, framed prints or our custom created composites. Our frames are all quality materials that we hand picked and selected and they look awesome. We frame them in house before shipping them off to you.
All physical items get shipped direct to you. Items arrive to you in about 2 weeks after ordering. We carefully inspect everything before packaging and sending them to you. Our downloads will get sent to your email within an hour of checkout.
