We know photo sessions come with lots of questions. From studio owners and parents to dancers, athletes and team directors. Below are answers to the questions we get most often about our photography services.
What types of photography do you offer?
We specialize in group and team photos, individual portraits, and live performance photography. That includes in-studio photo weeks and marketing images for competitive teams, recital coverage, and more. Whether you need individual portraits, group shots, or action photos, we’ve got you covered.
Where do you provide services?
We work with studios and teams throughout the Midwest, including Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and surrounding states. If you’re not sure if we service your area, just reach out, we’re happy to discuss travel and scheduling options.
Do you come to our studio or do we travel to you?
We come to you. We bring our professional backdrop system, lighting, and camera gear to your studio or venue, so you don’t have to worry about transporting dancers or finding a location.
How long does a photo session take?
Timing depends on your group size and session type. Individual portraits typically take only a few minutes per dancer. Group photos, teams, and sibling shots are factored into a master schedule to keep things running smoothly.
How are the photos delivered?
After the session, you’ll receive a secure online gallery where dancers and families can view proofs and place their orders. We offer a variety of print and digital options, and orders are shipped directly to your home or studio depending on your preferences.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Galleries are typically available within two weeks after your session. Print orders are fulfilled shortly after selections are made. For time-sensitive needs like marketing materials, we offer expedited processing upon request.
What products do you offer?
We offer high-quality prints, digital downloads, posters, keepsake photo packages, and more. Our packages are designed with families in mind – affordable, customizable, and beautiful enough to display or gift.
Can parents order photos individually?
Yes. Each family receives a private gallery where they can select and order exactly what they want – no bulk or group orders required.
